[IMPDH-1 N (1-55)] nested Intein N-terminus

This construct is the first half of the nested N-terminal of fast splicing intein IMPDH. It contain the first 55 amino acids of the intein and is directly attached to flanking sequence of the N-side extein( gpD) and the full intein hald if NpuDnaE, coded as Npu-PCC73102 DnaE N.
